The home and 5 acres will require a $12,000.00 non refundable down payment in certified funds (bank money order) made out to Green Land & Title Company, or Cash. Funds are to be given to Auction Company the day of the auction. Also, you must bring bank letter stating that your financial institution is guaranteeing funds up to the amount you intend to purchase the property for. The balance will be due at closing in approximately 30 days. Also, you will need to bring a valid government-issued photo ID.
The 5 acres with highway 63 frontage will require a $4,000.00 non refundable down payment in certified funds (bank money order) made out to Green Land & Title Company or Cash.
